Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars Director’s Cut
I challenge you to find a better supporting character in gaming than one Lady Piermont; she’s aristocratic, haughty and you just haven’t lived until you’ve heard her shrill Queen’s English bellow. In the 13 years since the original version of Shadow of the Templars appeared on PC, there have been few games that can match its wickedly sharp wit and characterisation. So this new version for Wii is not a game that needs to be dragged kicking and screaming into a new age, just given a gentle nudge. And motion control, obviously.

The hints are smartly integrated, starting with a vague idea of what you should be doing; giving a subtle prod in the right direction without you ever feeling like the hard work is being done for you.
The Director’s Cut introduces some new puzzles that take advantage of the tactile features of the Wii control scheme, which despite being smart and very well-implemented into the story are not without their problems.
