"I'm super excited," Karaeashia said. "It's a superb performance."
She and her friend Tiff Croom peered from a railing outside on Montcalm along with hundreds of others who filled the streets around the park.
Nearby, a crowd including young kids on bikes and older men in business suits stood rapt, trying to catch a glimpse of Jay-Z on stage, which could be seen from screens on the streets.. She created clothes and chanel jewelry for others that were the same as she created for herself.
Many waved their arms, nodded their heads and chanted along with familiar songs by one of the most popular New York rappers.
